Coconut and Cacao Protein Popsicles.

Now, you do not have to miss out on your favourite ice cream. This four ingredient recipe is very simple to make, and the texture of the banana creates a delicious contrast with the shredded coconut.
Makes between 4 and 6INGREDIENTS2 large ripe bananas (3 small)
1 tbsp cacao powder
1 tin full fat coconut milk
2 scoops of that protein Blissful Brown Rice and Raw Cacao Super ProteinTOPPING2 tbsp shredded coconut
METHODThrow everything into a blender and process until smooth. Pour into popsicle moulds and place in the freezer overnight. When ready, pull the moulds out of the freezer and allow to sit for a few minutes until they're soft or run them under some warm water.
Gently pull the popsicles from the moulds, sprinkle a few teaspoons of shredded coconuts on a board and gently roll the popsicles in them.
